deb's goal

So, I figure if I tell people then I can't back out of it...

My goals:
-25 minutes of cardio 5 days a week
-reduce caloric intake by 400 calories a day
-fit into pre-prego jeans
-Run 5k in Vegas with Mathews clan
-1/2 marathon in fall sometime

-to go to Hawaii and hang around in a swimsuit no matter what!!!
