When is your run? Or did it already happen? How did it go?
I posted, oh, a few months ago and said I was starting to work out. Well, I lied. I just started last week. I start at 5:30am and work out with some ladies from the branch. Its been fun, but tiring. It feels good to get these muscles moving again.
I want to know how your run was? It might be time for some pictures? Eh? or Aaah?

keep it up!
I'm slacking, too. I let the weekend get away from me.
Exhaustion tests: pah! I don't really do them. I just make a goal to get to a certain amount, and then get to it. I'm up to like 25. I'll bet I could DO more, I just don't. Push ups have always been on the easier side for me. I can NOT do pull ups. That's where I always fail.

Finished week 2 today...
I'm a slacker. I have put other priorities before these short and easy to work in workouts! My max is 21 consecutive pushups (after the 4 sets). I do my exhaustion test on Monday. Thanks for getting me back on track! Good job for you! How are yours coming? Hope you are having fun in Colorado!
